Heat Packs- Most destinations will do fine with a 10-hour heat pack however; an 18-hour pack is available for those farther away or having bad weather.
These are single-use and should be thrown away on arrival. Add as many as you would like.
Insulation - These can be reused. Save for your own shipping needs.

There are no shipping charges on these items, so if you change your mind and want to add it before shipment is sent, you can.

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, you can request a refund by contacting our customer service team within a specified time frame. We may ask you to provide photos or other evidence of the damage. Once we receive your request and confirm the issue, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
